Troop Committee is a group of parents who meet to review and discuss the activities of the Troop. All parents are encouraged to attend these meetings to keep updated and add their input to the Troop.
Meetings are regularly scheduled on the first Tuesday of every other month at 6:00pm in the chapel at the church – we don’t meet every month, so see the calendar or list below for details.

Meeting Review
The meetings last about an hour and are designed to keep parents up to date on our activities. The Committee Chair and Scoutmaster run the meeting.
Eagle Review
If we have boys working on an Eagle project, they will come to review that project with the group. Parents are encouraged to ask questions of the boys as they present.
Schedule Review
We will review the schedule for the next two months, focusing on camp outs, merit badges and other troop events. The SPL usually leads this section of the meeting.
Financial & Advancement Review
Our treasurer and advancement coordinator will take a few moments to review any relevant information.
Scoutmaster Review
The Scoutmaster will review information he has been working on.
New & Old Business
We close with other business that needs to be reviewed.
